Excellent customer support is an integral part of the culture at Shunra. We offer two customer maintenance programs to meet any organization’s needs.
Standard Program:
- Comprehensive and unlimited customer support via the phone, web or email.
- Software updates, upgrades and documentation.
- Hardware warranty for the life of your support agreement (when applicable).
- Opportunity to participate in Shunra's new product release beta programs.
- Customer Technical webinars: designed for technical users, these webinars will include technical tips, upgrade walkthrough, peer presentations and much more.
Premium Program:
- All the benefits of the standard program, and
- A customer support engineer will respond within half a business day once a support call is received.
- An engineer on-site within 72 hours, if needed.
- A second, fully functional backup unit is provided and wil be activated immediately if/when a hardware failure in the primary unit occurs.
