We are expanding our Corporate Office operations in Philadelphia (located at 1800 JFK Boulevard) and are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR).
The ISR is directly responsible for creating and closing new sales opportunities. In addition, the ISR will support their geographically distributed sales representatives as well as assigned channel partners.
We are seeking an energetic self-starter who is passionate about driving revenue, increasing client base, and selling for Shunra. You must be results-driven and committed to creating new business opportunities in a dynamic marketplace. The ideal candidate must have strong sales and verbal communication and writing skills. The candidate should have business and related industry knowledge with a proven ability to develop leads.
This role is responsible for the account development process, including lead generation, collecting prospect requirements, tailoring the right solution for each prospect, effectively presenting the solution through proposals and RFP responses.
The starting package for this position is $50K base salary and a $40K commission package, with an opportunity to earn $90K to plan with no cap on commissions. As such, there is a well documented career path for the ISR position. If an ISR is successful he/she will be eligible within 18-24 months for the next stage of advancement to an Outside Sales Representative or on the Management track. Again, both positions carry increased base salary, commission and stock options. Target base salary is $70,000-$90,000 and commissions of $100,000 for a total package of $170,000-$190,000. No sales position has a cap on commission potential.
