We are expanding our Philadelphia operations (located at 1800 JFK Boulevard) and are currently seeking 3 Inside Sales Associates for our Philadelphia location.
ISAs are solely responsible for identifying new sales opportunities. We are looking for an energetic self-starter who is proactive in driving revenue, increasing the client base, and is determined to eventually sell for Shunra. You must be results-driven and committed to creating new business opportunities in a dynamic marketplace. Candidates must have strong communications skills.
ISAs are responsible for the account development process including leads generation, collecting prospect requirements, identifying customer pains and needs.
The ISA position comes with a starting package of a $40K base, a commission plan of $30K, and an opportunity to earn $70k, with no cap on commissions. This is an ideal position for someone who is looking to get into high-tech software sales. As such, there is a well documented career path for the entry level ISA position. A high performing and producing at 100%+ of quota ISA is first eligible for promotion to an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) within 18 months of hire. The ISR position carries with it an increase in stock options, a higher base salary, and a higher commission potential ($80,000 total compensation). The ISR manages the full sales cycle from inception to close. If an ISR is successful he/she will be eligible within 18-24 months for the next stage of advancement to an Outside Sales Representative or on the Management track.
Again, both positions carry increased base salary, commission and stock options. Target base salary is $70,000-$90,000 and commissions of $100,000 for a total package of $170,000-$190,000. No sales position has a cap on commission potential.
