Shunra's Board of Directors

Boaz Grinvald, Chairman, Co-Founder & Executive Vice President

As the Chairman and Executive Vice President, Boaz Grinvald is involved in global operations and corporate development initiatives. Prior to joining Shunra, Boaz worked at NCC, where he oversaw the development of networking software for Verizon. From 1993-1997, Boaz held management positions at RUN, where he was responsible for development, customer support, and strategic partnerships. Boaz received his BS in Computer Science, Math and Economics from Bar Ilan University.

Moshe Haddif, Co-Founder

Moshe Haddif is a co-founder of Shunra. Moshe has made a number of contributions to the growth of the company since its founding including managing the company's infrastructure; managing Research & Development and manufacturing; and customer support. Prior to joining Shunra, Moshe spearheaded strategic development projects at Amdocs Corporation. Before that, he was responsible for the testing and quality assurance at RUN. Moshe has a BS in Computer Science and Math from Bar Ilan University.

Jeff Horing, Managing Director, Insight Venture Partners

Jeff Horing co-founded Insight in 1995. He has more than 15 years of venture capital investment experience with information technology companies. From 1990 to 1994, he was a member of the technology investing group at E.M. Warburg, Pincus & Co., prior to which, he worked in the Capital Markets group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Horing received an MBA from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management and received dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania's Moore School of Engineering and Wharton School, graduating with high honors and Phi Beta Kappa.

Harel Beit-On, General Partner, Carmel Ventures

Harel is a seasoned senior executive with over 20 years of management leadership in the software industry. Harel brings a wealth of expertise in founding, building and leading global software companies. Prior to joining Carmel, Harel was President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Tecnomatix Technologies (NASDAQ: TCNO). Under his leadership, Tecnomatix became a leader in Manufacturing Process Management Software Systems, establishing an impressive customer base of over 5,000 of the world's top manufacturers and key strategic alliances with industry leaders. During his eight-year tenure, the Company grew to $100 million in revenues and more than 650 employees. Recently, Harel led the successful sale of Tecnomatix to UGS, a global leader in the Product Lifecycle Management, for $ 228 Million. Harel is Chairman of the Board of CogniTens, a provider of advanced manufacturing solutions for process improvements to the manufacturing industries, also Harel is the Chairman of the Board of ECtel (NASDAQ:ECTX) and serves on the Board of Directors of Red Bend, Shunra and Optimal Test. Harel is viewed as a thought leader in the manufacturing software space and is often invited to lecture at industry conferences.
